DETAILS & F.A.Q's for the LOST TRADES FAIR (check back for 2023 updates in July 2022) 

EVENT OPEN / CLOSE TIMES:  Gates open at 9.30am.  Fair closes at 4.30pm.   

TICKETS:  Adult Tickets $30.00.   Juniors: 6 - 16 years are $15.00  (kids 5 years and under are free). 

DOGS:  Strictly NO dogs are permitted (service dogs must have official ID/vest).

PRE-BOOKING:  Guaranteed entry. Scan straight in - AND we already have your contact details. Booking before the day helps organisers better cater for crowds with services, facilities and catering (food & drink supplies).

TICKETS: Tickets for Lost Trades Events are now open without restrictions. Tickets will be available at the gate in 2023.  In purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to Entry conditions.  

ATM :There is an ATM onsite.

TRANSPORT: There is car parking onsite at the fair within the precinct.

PARKING ONSITE:  Onsite parking is gold coin donation ( NOTE : 100% of this goes to the CFA)

ACCESSIBILITY:  The Lost Trades Fair is held outside. It is an outdoor event space, many areas are flat but not paved.  There are grassed areas that most exhibitors will be located on - they are not paved and the ground although flat may be a little uneven. The majority of the grounds are very flat and grassed. There are no steps to see artisans.   

We do not have mobility scooters for hire.

CARERS:  Carers cards and other officially recognised assistance cards are accepted,  when accompanying the person in care that has a ticket.  The person with the carers card receives free entry - just come to the scanning gate. 

WHAT YOU WILL SEE: There are no set demonstration times.  All artisans at the fair demonstrate and share their skills throughout both days at different times. See the 'what you will see' page on this website. 

WHAT YOU CAN BUY:  Artisans will have things that they make for sale.  Many  run workshops during the  year.

FOOD: There is a range of food makers serving freshly prepared food & drinks - no prepackaged pies/hot dogs/muffins etc.  There are vegetarian and gluten free food options available.  

DRINKS:  We support local and have a strict drinks policy - no prepackaged soft drinks or cans and strictly no alcohol at the fair. We welcome you to bring a picnic or your own food but ask that you use the bins and dispose of your rubbish responsibly.  There is water and a range of homemade cordials, lemonade, tea and coffee available. Coliban Water fountains are onsite to fill your water bottles or drink bottles.
